Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide, including the UK, USA, Europe, Australia, and Canada. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us at support@quietcrowds.com.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes, we ship to all US states including Alaska and Hawaii. US orders are fulfilled from our US print facility, which means faster delivery times and no international customs delays.

How long does delivery take?

Every Quiet Crowds product is made to order, so please allow time for production plus shipping:

UK: 3–7 business days
USA: 5–10 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Australia & rest of world: 7–14 business days

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Is UK shipping free?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We work with a global print-on-demand partner to keep rates as fair as possible worldwide.

Orders & Products

Are your products unisex?

Yes, all Quiet Crowds products are unisex and designed to be worn by everyone. Our sweatshirts have a relaxed fit — if you prefer a more oversized look, we recommend sizing up.

How are your products made?

Every item is printed to order using high-quality garment blanks and premium inks via our print-on-demand partner. Designs are printed directly into the fabric using DTG (direct-to-garment) printing — not a transfer or a layer sitting on top. This means no cracking, no peeling, and no heavy feel over time. Nothing is mass-produced — your item is created specifically for you when you place your order. Zero waste, no overstock, and a product made fresh just for you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because every item is made to order, production begins quickly after your order is placed. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us at support@quietcrowds.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once production has started we may be unable to make changes.

What sizes do you offer?

Sizes vary by product — most items are available from S up to 4XL or 5XL. Each product page includes a full size guide and the exact sizes available for that item. If you prefer an oversized look, we recommend sizing up.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection — so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will put it right. Please contact us at support@quietcrowds.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or refund. You do not need to return the item.

Looking after your Quiet Crowds…

Everything we make is printed to order, one piece at a time. The print sits in the fabric rather than on top of it, which means it lasts well — but it likes a gentle life.

Washing

Turn it inside out first. The print prefers not to be watched.
Cold wash, gentle cycle, with similar colours.
Mild detergent only. No fabric softener, and no bleach unless you really must (non-chlorine, if so).

Drying

Hang dry wherever you can. Our heavier cotton pieces — the crewnecks and hoodies — will thank you for it, and are less likely to shrink.
If you're using the dryer, keep it on low.

Ironing

Inside out, cool iron. Never directly on the print.
Don't dry clean.

One thing worth knowing On our white pieces, you may notice a faint shadow around the print after the first wash. It's from the pre-treatment used in printing, it's harmless, and it usually fades with wear and washing. Cold water and an inside-out wash keep it to a minimum.
