Refund policy

All Quiet Crowds items are made to order (printed when you buy). Because of that, we can't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for size, colour, or "changed my mind."

 

Please check the size guide carefully before you order.

 

Damaged, faulty, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@quietcrowds.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.

 

How refunds work

If we approve a refund, it goes back to your original payment method. Banks can take a few extra business days to show it.
